Throughout your campaign in Hogwarts Legacy you will come across various magical beasts and along the lines tame them. One such majestic beast is the Graphorn known as the Lord Of The Shores. You will come across this creature in the San Bakar’s Trial one of the main quest in the game. The beast is the last of his long line of Graphorns and the largest you will ever encounter throughout your campaign. To make progress further in the game you will have to subdue him. How to Defeat Lord Of The Shore in Hogwarts Legacy

Players will come across this unusually large Graphorn in his den located in the southern part of Clagmar Coast. Defeating him would be a tricky task for players as he packs immense strength and power in him. To defeat him you will have to first rely on your dodging skills as he will charge you down with every strength he has. Every magic spell and potion you have learned so far in your campaign can be used against him but you will have to look for rooms for attack as the beast charges you down heavily. There are many boulders scattered across the den which you can throw at him to cause some damage.

You can always dash away from him using Swift Talent to give yourself time to heal with the Wiggenweld potion. This can also be used to take the Eduras Potion to make your defense abilities stronger for the next phase. Once the Graphorn is half his health he will enter his second stage in the battle. Here his attacks would be even faster so you will have to time your dodge even better and attack with spells even faster.

Once you successfully drained him to low health a cutscene will play where the beast will charge you down slowly and you will be given two options either to Kneel or to Attack. You will have to choose the Kneel option as the beast will stop the charge in the middle. Once done you can subdue and mount him to travel back.

Where is the Potions Class in Hogwarts Legacy?

Players can reach the Potions Class in Hogwarts Legacy through Central Hall. After reaching Central Hall you can follow these steps to reach the classroom:

• In Central Hall locate the statue in the middle.
• After which you can head south of that statue and down the stairs.
• You can then turn left after descending the stairs.

• After passing the statue of Gregory the Smarmy you will come across a locked door guarded by two Suits of Armor.
• Once you come across the door it will open and past that door will be the Potions Class.

Once you pass through the door and in the class you will unlock the Potions Class Floo Flame. Floo Flames are used to fast travel from one place to another in Hogwarts Legacy once you unlock them in certain places. Players can then quickly travel to the classroom when needed.

While it has its main quests, there are side quests in Hogwarts Legacy like the Crossed Wands Duels that are going on in the Clocktower. It is important to win the crossed wands round three, in Hogwarts Legacy, as it will help you gain 180XP and the Crossed Wands Champion Garb. In the third and final round, Lucan Brattleby will increase one more wizard in your opponents, making you face four of them. The third round is unlocked once you complete the Tomes and Tribulations quest and learn the Incendio Spell by completing Professor Hecats assignment.

How to Win the Final Crossed Wands Round in Hogwarts Legacy

Choose a Duel Partner to Win

Right before the round, practice your skills with the Training Dummy and then the notification to the round will automatically pop up on the left-hand side of your screen. Now is your chance to win the crossed wands round three in Hogwarts Legacy. During the conversation with Lucan Brattleby you get the option to either go alone or choose a partner. We recommend going with the latter since having Natsai or Sebastian assist you against four opponents makes it easier.

How to Destroy Enemy Shields in Crossed Wands Duel

There are three Protego (protection) shields, red, purple, and yellow that you need to worry about and your spell set should match the colors. Although it will take precision and good reflexes, here’s how you can destroy the enemy shields in the Crossed Wands duel round three:

• Yellow Shields – Can be brought down using control spells like Levioso.
• Purple Shields –  Can be brought down using force spells like Accio.
• Red Shields – Can be brought down using damage spells like Confringo or Incendio.

Crossed Wands Round Three Tips and Tricks

Now that you have a better understanding on how to break the enemy shields in this duel, things are going to get easier. However, since there are four opponents, we would like to share a few tips from our time in the Crossed Wands Duel round three in Hogwarts Legacy. The key to winning this round is being able to break the shields and spamming the basic attacks. So memorize the spells and the shields that they break before the fight.

Additionally, defense is something that cannot be neglected for this one. You will often have to dodge out of attacks and use Protego for your own defense. Although I like to spam at random, you can lock the targets down and then take them out one by one. Make sure that you are matching the color of the opponent’s shield with the color of your spells in order to break them.

Knowing the Hogwarts Legacy Black family motto is important during one of your main story quests ‘The Polyjuice Plot’ where you will transform into Headmaster Professor Black in order to infiltrate his office. Your character is under the effect of a Polyjuice potion and you must, quickly, talk to Scrope to know the clan’s motto. Here’s the password that you need to know to get into the office before the elixir’s effects disappear.

Note that the Potion will help you get disguised as Professor Black but won’t let you access his memories. After drinking the potion you can head towards the Great Hall where you will meet Madam Kogawa on your way there. She will let you know about Scrope hiding in the hall. Once you find Scrope in the hall, you can ask him about the password to Black’s Office, after which he will deny, saying that Professor Black himself told him not to tell anyone even if it’s him. Here you will have two options for dialogues – you can choose whichever option you like as this dialogue preference doesn’t really matter. Scrope then reveals that the password to the Headmaster’s office is Black Family’s Motto.

What is the Black Family’s Motto in Hogwarts Legacy?

To get the Black Family’s motto from Scrope, you will have three options to choose from:

• It’s to do with strength
• It’s to do with my family’s reign
• It’s to do with the purity of blood

Choose the “purity of blood” option as Scrope will then reveal that it’s “Always Pure” which in French is “Toujours Pur”. Once you get the motto you can hide for the potion to wear off and then use it to unlock the Headmaster’s Office.

The Mysterious Map Fragment is needed to access and complete the Cursed Tomb Treasure Quest of Hogwarts Legacy. You get Treasure-Seeker’s Attire and some Gold by completing the quest. But finding the fragment and completing the quest, can be trickier than it seems, so read along to get a map and treasure chest from the side quest.

How to Get Mysterious Map Fragment in Hogwarts Legacy

A chest in Manor Glen of Manor Cape region has the Mysterious Map Fragment in Hogwarts Legacy. The Manor is situated at the left part of the Manor Cape region and in the graveyard north of Old Manor. Once you have reached the location shown in the above picture, use fire to light the pot in front of the statue.

• The statue will rotate revealing a dish-like structure. Go and stand on it.
• This will take you to a new room, where you’ll have to fight with the Ailsa Travers.
• Once you have defeated the Ailsa, use Revelio to reveal the location of the chest.
• Next, use Alohomora level 3 to unlock the chest and get the Mysterious Map Fragment.

How to Use Fragment and Complete Cursed Tomb Treasure Quest

The Hogwarts Legacy Mysterious Map Fragment contains both solutions to the quest and its location. The map is pointing toward the picture of the Tomb of Treachery located on the Poidsear Coast near the waterfall.

• Use the image to get to the location if you have never been there.
• Pass through the waterfall, and you will see a Floo Flame and entrance to the tomb.
• Keep exploring till you find a door with 3 butterfly imprints. On both sides of that door, you will see a similar pattern of doors.
• Collect butterflies from side rooms; use Lumos to attract them and then place them on the door.
• The door will open and you will have to face a new set of enemies.
• After you have cleared them, look for the floor tiles shown on the Mysterious Map Fragment.

• Now use Flipendo to flip floor plates like in the picture. This will trigger the mechanism which will make the chest resurface.
• Collect Treasure-Seeker’s Attire and Gold from it.

How Can I Meet Sebastian Along the Coast in Hogwarts Legacy

In Hogwarts Legacy, to meet Sebastian along the Coast you’ll have to make your way on foot to North Poidsear Coast. And after you reach there, the game will allow you to fly and complete the rest of your journey on your broom. Scroll down for a better understanding of the directions.

1. First, head to the Coastal Cavern on foot.
2. Then, enter the tunnel-like path on your left.
3. Before entering the tunnel, do note there’ll be many Goblins & trolls ready to knock you down, so be aware.

   

4. Keep following the same path until you unlock the North Poidsear Coast Floo Flames.
5. Once you reach there, simply grab your broom to mount and fly towards the southeast direction to meet Sebastian.

Yes, that’s it, walk until you reach North Poidsear Coast, and then the game will allow you to fly. It seems the game restricts you from flying there directly to force you to fight the enemies and unlock the new Floo Flames.

Due to how aggressive these Graphorns are, it can be quite tough to capture these beasts. Recognizable by their two large horns, Graphorn is a large mountain-dwelling beast who is very intimidating. How to Fix Graphorn Not Spawning Issue in Hogwarts Legacy

In order to make Graphorns spawn in the world of Hogwarts Legacy you will first need to progress through the main game. Specifically, you will need to complete San Bakar’s trial. Only after completing this quest will Graphorns spawn in the game. So if you haven’t done so, that might be the reason why Graphorns arent spawning for you.

After completing San Bakar’s trial, you will have your own Graphorn. However, even after doing so, if you are not able to spawn the Graphorn, then here is how you need to fix it:

• Head out in any open space outside of Hogwarts.
• Hold the tool menu button.
• Find the Graphorn mount and select that as your active mount.
• Spawn the Graphorn by calling your active mount.

This is a common mistake as the game isn’t clear about this. You likely will have the Hippogriff as your active mount and it might make some players think that’s the only mount they have even after getting the Graphorn.

Graphorn Disappeared & Not Respawning

During one part of San Bakar’s trial, you need to use the Graphorn to unlock the chamber. But if you are on your way back (riding the Graphorn) and accidentally despawn the beast before you reach the Pensieve Chamber, don’t worry. You don’t have to go back to the den or load up your previous saves. All you have to do is bring up the wheel (like you’d do for your broom) and press the button assigned for the mount and the Graphorn will get summoned.

How to Download & Install HogWarp Multiplayer Mod in Hogwarts Legacy

In order to play multiplayer in Hogwarts Legacy, first go ahead and download the HogWarp co-op mod. To do so, you’ll have to subscribe to the Together Team’s Patreon page. If you are already a subscriber, then scroll down for the installation steps.

1. After subscribing go ahead and link your Discord account with Patreon to download the mod.
2. Next, head to the HogWarp channel in Discord, and under client release, you’ll find the HogWarp zip file, download it.
3. Then, simply extract the file anywhere on your Pc. We suggest you make a new HogWarp folder first and then place the file in it to avoid confusion.
4. Once done placing the files in the new folder, make sure you create an exclusion in your Anti-Virus for the following Mod folder. Or else it might now allow you to run the mod smoothly.
5. After that, head to the new folder and open the HogWarp Launcher exe. Doing so will trigger your browser where you have to sign in with your Discord account for authentication. Also, ensure you give all the required permission asked.
6. Once the authentication process is done, launch the game and load your character.
7. After spawning in the wizardry world press the Ctrl key on your keyboard to load up the co-op mod servers.
8. Next, select the official HogWarp server and start playing with your friends.
