1. Browse our vacancies. Spotted anything of interest?

2. Submit your application as specified in the ad.

3. Once we receive your application, it will be reviewed by our HR department.

4. Whether you were successful or not, we’ll be in touch. Successful applicants will be invited to a phone interview. During this interview we will tell you more about the position and working with us.

5. If we feel you’re a good match for our team, you will be invited for a personal or Skype interview. This is an opportunity for you to learn about our working environment, the company culture, and most importantly, more about the job itself.

6. We’ll ask you to do a number of tests to see whether you will make a good Customer Service Consultant.
